Free Shipping On Orders Over $10

 

How To Qualify For Free Shipping

Domestic orders for $10 or more are eligible for free standard shipping.

The price counter next to the shopping cart icon at the top of our site displays the current total value of items in your shopping cart: if it shows a total of US$10 or more and your order will be delivered anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States (excludes the non-contiguous states of Hawaii and Alaska, and all off-shore United States territories and possessions), the standard shipping option is available on your order for free.

When you opt for the free standard shipping option, we will select the most efficient delivery method and carrier.

You Do Not Have To Accept The Free Economy Ground Shipping Option

If you need your items to be delivered more quickly, you may choose to pay for an expedited shipping option during checkout.  Shipping carrier(s) and expedited delivery options will depend on the address to which you are shipping.  Available options for your shipping address, along with their associated costs, will be shown during the checkout process.

Duty And Tax Fees On International Orders

Duty fees and taxes for international orders will be included in the shipping costs shown during checkout.

International Order Shipping Times

International shipping times depend on the final destination and customs processing requirements en route. It can take a couple of additional weeks for international orders to arrive.

Shop 709's Free Shipping Is Not Available On International Orders

Free standard shipping is available only for orders to be shipped within the 48 contiguous United States (excludes the non-contiguous states of Hawaii and Alaska, and all off-shore United States territories and possessions).

Note that due to international regulatory and legal requirements, we cannot ship SeaLite products outside the United States and we cannot ship footwear to Mexico.

Shipping FAQ

What shipping options are available, and how much does each one cost?

We offer a choice of either FedEx or USPS for domestic orders. All international orders are shipped via USPS. You can view all available shipping options and their associated costs during the checkout process.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders for in-stock items generally ship the following business day. 

Custom orders for prescription goggles and masks will take 24-72 business hours of processing time prior to shipment. Free standard shipping orders may require an additional 1-3 business days of processing time during peak shopping seasons. Bulk orders may also require an additional 1-3 business days of processing time.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed, and a separate, shipping confirmation email once the order has passed to the shipping carrier. Shipping details, including estimated time for delivery and any applicable tracking number(s), will be included in the shipping confirmation email.

Why does it take 24-72 hours for prescription goggle and mask orders to be processed?

Because all prescription lens goggle and mask orders are custom-fitted, it’s necessary for us to take extra time with those orders to allow for quality assurance testing. We want to be sure we get your custom order right the first time.

Can I make arrangements for a will-call pick up?

Yes, we’ll be happy to help! You can either call (909-923-8050, 8am – 4:30pm PST) or use the contact form at right after you’ve received the order confirmation from us to arrange for will-call.

My order was damaged in delivery. Who do I contact?

We make every attempt to package and prepare orders with care so your items will arrive in perfect condition, but once the package is passed to the shipping carrier it is no longer under our control.

If there are any damaged or missing item(s) when your order is received, please keep the original shipping carton and packaging and use the contact form at right immediately for further instructions.

Please do not return the merchandise without going through these steps, because it will delay replacement of your order or the issuance of credit.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order for any reason before it's packed, prior 3pm PST. Please call (909-923-8050, 8am – 4:30pm PST) or use the contact form at right.  Be sure to include your order number.

I received the wrong order or item; what should I do?
