Return Policy

We accept returns for a full refund up to 90 calendar days from the date of your order. All returned products must be unused and include all original packaging, pamphlets, and inserts (if applicable). All returned items will be physically examined by our staff to determine acceptability. Please allow an extra one to two days after the package arrives at our facility for the refund to process.

Shipping costs to return the item are not included unless the item shipped to you was the incorrect item or is defective. We can offer a prepaid shipping label for most returns at a flat fee of $15.00 USD, which will be deducted from your refund amount. THE PREPAID FLATE FEE EXCLUDES ALL NonZero Gravity PowerDyne Dumbbells. Please contact us directly and provide your order number to request a prepaid shipping label (applicable in the contiguous U.S. only).

In the case that a returned product qualified the customer for a promotional “free gift”, the free product must also be returned or a deduction equal to the current retail price of the free item will be applied to the refund amount.

To return, please write the return reason on the packing slip, enclose in the box, and pay for the return shipping through a secure shipping service of your choice. Please keep the tracking number available to you until your refund has been processed.

Shop 709 stands behind the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Products purchased directly on the Shop 709 website carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from your date of purchase. Warranty coverage applies only to product defects in manufacturing. Product damage resulting from wear and tear is excluded from all warranty coverage. In addition, products purchased in used condition are excluded from warranty coverage.

If you believe you’ve received a defective product from Shop 709, please contact us directly. Include photos showing the damage, as well as proof of purchase. We will reply with instructions for return of the defective item(s). Our Customer Service Department reviews each return request carefully. Items that are approved for warranty coverage will be repaired or replaced with a reconditioned item.
