110% Price Match Policy

 

Shop 709 offers a 110% price match policy.

 If you find a lower price for the identical, in-stock item, we will refund the price difference plus an additional 10% of the price difference.

In order to qualify under this policy, the competitor’s item must meet the following requirements:

  • Identical item name
  • Identical item number
  • Identical item color
  • Identical item size
  • Identical item option(s), if applicable
  • Item must be new, in original packaging, never used nor previously sold/accepted as a return
  • Item must be currently listed as in-stock in competitor store or on competitor website

EXAMPLE

You buy an IST wetsuit from us for $125, then find the same wetsuit, meeting all the criteria above, available elsewhere for $100. 

The price difference is $25, and the additional 10% of that $25 is $2.50.  This means you are eligible to receive a total refund of $27.50.

PROCESS

Please use the contact us form at right to apply for a refund under this program. Include your order number as well as verification of the lower competitor price, such as a link to the competitor’s product listing or a scanned image from a competitor’s promotional flyer.

About Sales Tax

 

Shop 709 only charges sales tax on orders that ship to California addresses.

On those orders, the then-current California state sales tax rate will be applied.

Orders & Payment FAQ

What forms of payment do you accept?

For United States customers, we accept all major credit cards (VISA/MASTER/DISCOVER/AMX) and Paypal.  For international customers, we can accept PayPal only.

Can I place my order over the phone, or by FAX?

All orders are placed through our online stores. This includes the Shop 709 website, Amazon.com, and Ebay.com. No matter which site you order from, you will be able to see the total cost, including shipping charges, before you finalize payment. Any credit card or payment details you provide to us are protected by our online security software, Authorize.net. 

How do I know my order has been received and is being processed?

After placing an order with us you will receive a confirmation email, generally within fifteen minutes.  The confirmation email will include your order number and total dollar amount, as well as contact information for Shop 709.

Once the order is passed to the shipping carrier, generally the next business day for in-stock items, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has shipped. That email will include any applicable tracking number(s) and information from the shipping carrier.

How do I check the status of my order?

Login to your Shop709 user account to view your order status and tracking information.

You may also use the contact form at right to request an update. Include the order number, the name and address to which we shipped, and your request for a status update.

How can I apply a discount code or coupon to my order?

It’s easy! Just type your discount or coupon code into the discount code box on the checkout page and the discount will be applied to your order.

My coupon or discount code has expired; can I get a new discount code?

No worries!  You can receive a new coupon code by using the contact form at right

Do you have a physical store I can visit to make a purchase or check out the products?

Sorry, but currently we only operate online. Please visit our website, www.shop709.com, to view and shop our selection of products.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order for any reason before it's packed, prior to 3PM PST on the day the order is placed, by using the contact form at right to request cancellation of the order.

I received the wrong order or item(s); what do I do?

We’ll be glad to make it right.  Use the contact form at right and include your order number. Provide details of what you originally ordered and what you ultimately received, and attach pictures of the items received.

Can you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

We can accept bulk orders, but unfortunately we cannot accept wholesale orders. Please direct your bulk order inquiry by using the contact form at right and we’ll be happy to help.
