Proposition 65, otherwise known as the "Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986", is a California state labeling law that requires businesses, like us here at Smoko, to notify its California customers of the presence of a significant amount of any of the 800+ chemicals that the State of California has deemed may be hazardous to your health.
