365 Day Return & Exchange Policy

FOR SMOKO (HOME & LIFESTYLE) ITEMS: LIMITED 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We cannot accept returns of personal care and hygiene items such as intimate wear, toothbrushes and similar products that can pose an infection hazard.

However, we can accept returns of all other Smoko items in unused, sellable condition with all original packaging, pamphlets or inserts (if applicable) and labeling for refund or exchange for up to 30 calendar days from the date of your order.

 

 

FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS: LIMITED 365 DAY RETURN POLICY

We cannot accept returns of masks and googles that have been custom fitted with prescription lenses.

However, we can accept returns of all other non-Smoko products in unused, sellable condition with all original packaging, pamphlets or inserts (if applicable) and labeling for up to 365 days from the date of your order. Returns meeting these conditions that are initiated within 30 days of purchase date are eligible for a full refund. Returns meeting these conditions that are initiated from 31 – 365 days of purchase date are eligible for store credit. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We will of course honor our 30 - 365 day return policies as described above but depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for all shipping and other fees associated with the return. You can contact us with your order number to confirm whether or not you will be responsible for return costs. Describe the reason(s) for your return request and attach pictures if applicable. 

If you still wish to return the item after contact with us, please fill out the return form provided by our Customer Service Department and send it back with your item(s).

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Our Customer Service Department reviews this type of request on an individual basis. Please contact us with your order number and describe the defect. Please attach pictures of the defect(s).
