365 Day Return & Exchange Policy

 

FOR SMOKO (HOME & LIFESTYLE) ITEMS: LIMITED 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We cannot accept returns of personal care and hygiene items such as intimate wear, toothbrushes and similar products that can pose an infection hazard.

However, we can accept returns of all other Smoko items in unused, sellable condition with all original packaging, pamphlets or inserts (if applicable) and labeling for refund or exchange for up to 30 calendar days from the date of your order.

FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS: LIMITED 365 DAY RETURN POLICY

We cannot accept returns of masks and googles that have been custom fitted with prescription lenses.

However, we can accept returns of all other non-Smoko products in unused, sellable condition with all original packaging, pamphlets or inserts (if applicable) and labeling for up to 365 days from the date of your order. Returns meeting these conditions that are initiated within 30 days of purchase date are eligible for a full refund. Returns meeting these conditions that are initiated from 31 – 365 days of purchase date are eligible for store credit. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We will of course honor our 30 - 365 day return policies as described above but depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for all shipping and other fees associated with the return. You can contact us with your order number to confirm whether or not you will be responsible for return costs. Describe the reason(s) for your return request and attach pictures if applicable. 

If you still wish to return the item after contact with us, please fill out the return form provided by our Customer Service Department and send it back with your item(s).

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Our Customer Service Department reviews this type of request on an individual basis. Please complete the contact form at right with your order number and describe the defect. Please attach pictures of the defect(s).

How To Initiate A Return

First, review our Return & Exchange Policy above to ensure your return meets the requirements detailed there. If it does, follow the instructions below.

RETURNS WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS 48 UNITED STATES

We can provide a pre-paid shipping label for a flat fee of US$10; use the contact form at right or call us (909-923-8050, Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 4:30pm PST). Provide your order and item number to request a pre-paid shipping label. 

If you prefer, you may ship the return at your own expense instead.  In that case, please use the contact form at right or call us (909-923-8050, Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 4:30pm PST) and provide your order and item number to notify us of the return.

After notifying us of the intended return, complete the Returns & Exchanges form for the item(s) to be returned in your Shop 709 account, then ship your return to us.

Returns & Exchanges FAQ

 

If I received free shipping on my original order and decide to return some or all of the order, will the value of the original free shipping be deducted from my refund or store credit?

Don’t worry, you won’t be penalized for having received free shipping on your original order. We will not deduct the original free shipping value from your refund or store credit.

Can I bring my item(s) to your office in person to do a return or exchange?

Sorry, our office is not open to the public. You can submit a return or exchange request via our Returns and Exchanges form.
